Kirk of Kildaire

KIRK of KILDAIRE

“Kirk” is an old Scottish word for church. We are a Christ-centered family of faith located on Kildaire Farm Road since 1979.  We aim to live and know God’s love for one another, for our neighbors, and the world.

NOVEMBER THEME

Incarnational Faith
The Nicene Creed turns 1700 years old in 2025. It is the most widely agreed-upon document of Christian unity in the world, and the foundation of the Christian tradition. At its heart is the idea of incarnation, which posits that in Jesus Christ, God and humanity were made and are being made into one. For three weeks, using passages from the Gospel of Mark, we will examine what it means to aspire to an incarnational faith —one that embodies the love of God as embodied in the life of Jesus.

Stewardship 2025

Deep Roots : Wide Branches

This fall, we’ve been exploring what it means to be a church with both “Deep Roots and Wide Branches.” The flourishing of our ministries depends not only on what we do out in the world, but also on what we nurture within. In a culture of distraction and instant gratification, we are called to be dedicated people who put down roots in God and in community, through thoughtful faith, prayerful worship, and heartfelt fellowship. This season of stewardship is not only about meeting a budget. It is about responding to God’s call to be a rooted people.
